FLOWOSOPHY

It is possible that relating to the mind, as it is, is the ultimate spiritual practice. With noise ALL around, how do we do that?

sym-chaotic - (sim-key-ot-ik) adj. The close association between the chaos of two or more things.

The city and your mind are symchaotic. They are also coassistant

coassistant - (koh-uh-sis-tuh nt) adj. Instrumental in the healing and becoming of each other’s highest.

The city and your mind have one thing in common. If you can find peace there- with the mind, in the city- you can find it anywhere. [Trick: in being with your own mind, finding equanimity around it, you can be with other people's minds and thoughts, all emotions, idiotic ideas, tantrums, misunderstood mishaps, your body, your enemy...] Since they mirror each other, the practice of being with the city as it is allows one to be with the noise of the mind, as it is. Going inward and being with the mind, as it is, allows you to open your eyes and accept the chaos around you, in peace.

The city is your spiritual gym.

Surrender ( in the hood ) is your workout.

Peace and equanimity are your muscles.

Your world-altering, spacious strength- the reward.

• THE CITY IS YOUR SANCTUARY. USE THE NOISE.
