10 Days of
Awe-someness
A transformative journey that moves with the energy of the Days of Awe (Sept. 24 - Oct. 5, 2022)
A series of daily LIVE 1-hour online themed classes. Each evening alternates between Kundalini and Breathwork with Esther Kalaba, and a deep dive of self-discovery with Alice Frank Patry.
The 'Days of Awe' are an ancient technology that allows you to rewire your unconscious behaviors, unearth your limiting beliefs, and begin again- return as a vessel of presence to serve the greater whole.
The series includes Kabbalistic teaching, group coaching, somatic exploration and self-inquiry home-practice. You will re-examine your relationships to pain, your negative mind, your inner-child, and your absolute elation- all within a supportive community.
These are called the Ten Days of Teshuvah, – which literally means 'to return.' Come back to the Present Moment.
This time of year when the seasons are changing from summer to fall, the Jewish New Year is celebrated. There are 10 days between the Jewish New Year of Rosh Hashanah (literally "the head of the year" (but that also implies "change of the head") on September 26th) and Yom Kippur (the Day of ‘At-one-ment’ on October 5th).
The practical details:
10 sessions beginning on: Saturday, September 24th from 8-9 pm EST and held every evening until thursday, October 4th,*
*(NO online CLASS held on Sept 25th.)
What the process looks like:
When observed at their essence, the ancient technologies of the Days of Awe provide an alchemical process of embodiment and awakening. Through movement, breathwork, Kundalini yoga, Kabbalistic teaching, group coaching, journaling and discussions, each session will intentionally unearth aspects of your unconscious stories. Daily themes include: coming into healthy relationship with your mind, engaging with emotions such as fear, grief and rage, understanding the nature of your suffering and trauma, inner child work, working with loss, and examining why you hold on to the stories that you do, as well as becoming open to writing new ones.

YOM KIPPUR RETREAT:
1-day, in-Person in Quebec. 55 minutes from Montreal.
October 5. 10:00 am - 9:00 pm EST
We will gather in sacred and sublime community. Experience Yom Kippur like never before (even if you never have before!)
Yom Kippur can be seen as a whole day of intentional pause in order to feast on the fruits of the entire upcoming year of your sacred life. The day of At-One-ment is a day of becoming completely empty- by tuning into our habitual thought-patterns, becoming keenly aware of our emotional blockages, and through fasting, community and prayer, beginning to bring ourselves fully into the present moment. It is a powerful and ancient process to alchemically let go the identity and emerge more fully whole.
By intentionally bringing all of ourselves, including ideas of past and future, into this present moment, something powerful begins to live through us. We can call that our higher self, the present moment, G-d, you… or we need not call it anything. Whatever the word, it is ours to embody. And we unify to remember how.
On the most sacred day of the Jewish Year, practice with us:
Periods of Word fasting (Silent practice)- to learn how to speak when it improves upon the silence. To live in alignment and in awe of who and what we are.
Food fasting - to become empty completely, starting with our stomachs. This is a tradition on this day. (We will collectively hold this intention, though it will not be enforced.
Deep-rooted teachings and rituals in traditional and mystical Judaism- Kabbalah
Psycho-spiritual Jewish teachings with very practical applications to your daily life and mental well-being.
Coached Self-Inquiry + Journaling
Contemplative Chanted Prayer Service
Hatha Yoga Practice
Death/Grief/Rebirth Ritual
Sound Healing
Kundalini Breathwork

Light Meal for Break Fast
This day is a mix of silent practice, shamanic experience, breatwork + yoga, and practical self-inquiry Coaching.
*DISCLAIMER: This is an alternative to even the most alternative Judaism. It is contemplative and completely geared on experiential, direct experience. It is as non-traditional as it gets, while incorporating the esoteric meanings of the traditions themselves (possibly even more so than many traditional experiences?). In short, DO NOT come expecting a full Yom Kippur prayer service. Thank you.
Investment: $199 Day Retreat Only (includes a light break fast meal). $149 when combined with online experience. (never let funds keep you from coming. reach out if support is needed)
